I am writing to thank you for your involvement in organising and executing our move from Auckland to Seoul.

As you know we are now settled and unpacked in our new house and are delighted to find that everything, as expected, is intact and has travelled well. We appreciated both your early and clear communication of your quote, your attention to detail and level of personal service in the removal itself.

We were very impressed with the way in which you moved us, within Auckland, earlier in the year and were personally confident of the international move. It has been very satisfying to have been proven right and to have been able to use you rather than the international companies to which we were being directed. The agents in Seoul, which you sourced, were excellent - we had our entire shipment unpacked, put away and documented in the space of three hours on a hot afternoon in monsoon rains.

Please thank your staff again for their help in Auckland. It was a difficult time for us to move, with two children under two years and a cat. Patrick was just a few weeks old and the gentle questions checking whether I "really wanted to pack this now" were nicely made and saved unanticipated inconveniences.

I just wanted to write, beyond and independent of invoice, to thank you and your staff for effecting such a relatively painless move for us.

In true Auckland fashion the trucks were loaded in the rain in Remuera and unloaded in the sultry heat in Epsom within hours. Using different and smaller trucks ensured that Georgia's room was ready for her to have her usual afternoon sleep by midday and that we could find essentials for eating and sleeping easily on the first evening. The sensitivity of this suggestion and service was highly appreciated and not offered by anyone else, despite obvious prompting on my part!

The guys have just been to collect the last of the cartons and we are now "box free of Epsom" and just have about 300 pictures to hang!

Late last month you shifted our household contents from Oriel Ave in West harbour down to Rotorua.

This note is to show the appreciation of Joanne and myself as to the skill and professionalism that your team showed in the packing and then the move. I can honestly say that not one item was scratched or broken when unpacked.

I am writing to express my gratitude and thanks for the excellent job that was carried out by your company in the moving of our home to Waiuku.

I was extremely impressed by the professional and courteous behaviour of the men that were on our job. The packing of our possessions was without fault; there was no way that our belongings could have been packed any better. My family felt very comfortable with your staff and I was especially happy with the way they interacted with our children. I am aware that children can be a hindrance with this sort of work and can get in the way. Our children were very comfortable with both of your staff members; our son even asked when they could come over to see him again!

We have no  hesitation in recommending your company to anybody that is in need of a hassle free, friendly move. Please pass on my sincere thanks to your team; I hope to see them in the future.

With regards to our house removal from Tuakau to Paeroa on 30th May this year we would advise you that:
 

1.	With regards to the packing of our possessions on the Wednesday prior to the move, please convey our thanks to the two gentlemen concerned for a job well done.
2.	The loading of the trucks on the Thursday - this went very smoothly and was well on time.
3.	Friday on arrival at Paeroa, this also went according to plan, and once again thanks to your employees. These staff members also have our sincere thanks as we felt that we put some pressures on them.

There is a downside to the whole episode and that is we are still trying to find broken or damaged goods!!!

Would you please convey our personal thanks to all your staff concerned in our move, which taking all things into consideration went without a hitch.
